1.0.4 - Small Graphical Fixes and Adjustments

- Fixed certain Lalas on the controls screen having her old development shoe color. (PICO-8 Color Brown -> Secret PICO-8 Color Brownish-Black)

- Shifted the Square button graphic on the win screen ONE (1) pixel to the left to be in line with the other screens.

- Added a Square button graphic to the credits screen to reflect it's existing functionality of returning to the main menu.
